Terms & Conditions:
The following terms and conditions apply to the “Angukia 5 Thao na Copia” promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the same:
Name and Duration/Period of Promotion
The promotion name is “Angukia 5 Thao na Copia”.
The promotion will run from Monday 3rd February 2020 4pm to Monday 28th February 2020 4pm.
Eligibility to Participate
The promotion is legible to customers who are 18 years old and over who have either heard the radio advert or via word of mouth.
Participants in the promotion must hold a valid I.D. card and tax pin certificate.
Mechanics/Mode of Participation
To enter the promotion, a customer must place an order for 500/- minimum directly with an Agent or using our USSD/short code *874#.
When an Agent has at least 5 Customer orders from authentic unique customer numbers for 500/- each, the Agent will receive an SMS advising them that they are in the “Angukia 5 Thao na Copia” promotion draw to be held on Monday on the “Hukumu Show”, 5pm on Kameme FM.
Customers whose Agent qualifies to enter the draw will also receive an SMS advising them that their Agent has qualified to enter the “Angukia 5 Thao na Copia” prize draw to be held on Monday on the “Hukumu Show”, 5pm on Kameme FM.
A winning Agent and Customers must declare their I.D. number as proof of identification, prior to being sent their prize win.
Prizes to be Won
The prize money is 5,000/-. The prize money will be sent via mobile money (M-Pesa, Equitel, Airtel Money) to the winning Agent and their affiliated winning Customers latest by Thursday of the week of the draw.
Prior to the Agent and Customer win being sent out, a Customer must share their I.D. number and tax pin certificate number to confirm their identification.
Draws/selection and Notification of Winners
The winning Agent draw will be held on Monday at 4:30pm at Mediamax Ltd, where Kameme FM radio is hosted, live on radio or pre-recorded on the same day and aired on radio.
A Copia member of staff and BCLB member of staff will be present to witness the draw.
The winning Agent will be announced on Kameme FM, “Hukumu Show, 5pm on the Monday of the draw.
Any other Terms & Conditions
Employees of Copia and relatives of Copia employees are not legible to participate in the promotion.
Equity Agents who are Copia trading agents are legible to participate.
Copia Online customers and USSD Shortcode *874# customers are legible to participate.
The Copia Online and USSD receiving Agent is legible to participate if they meet the minimum 5 customers with an order of 500/- each entry requirement.
Copia Jamii ordering Agents only are legible to participate in the promotion if they meet the minimum 5 customers with an order of 500/- each entry requirement.
Customers who place a Lipa Pole Pole order that has not been fully paid for and hence confirmed, are not legible to participate in the promotion.
SACCO and Financial Institution Agents are legible to participate in the promotion if they meet the minimum 5 customers with an order of 500/- each entry requirement.
All winners of the promotion will be published in a daily newspaper as per BCLB requirements.

Currently, Copia only accepts M-Pesa payment.When you place your order, you will receive a pop up message on your phone with the amount of your Copia order.All you need to do is put in your PIN and the payment happens automatically to our till.There are no charges.Please make sure you have your phone ready and enough M-Pesa funds before you place your order.
If they live in our delivery area, then we probably have an Agent near them. If you would like to confirm before placing your order, then please contact Customer Care on 0709 339000 or using the webchat at the bottom right of this site.
Currently, there is no fee for delivery to one of our Agents in our existing delivery area. In the future there will be a charge for home deliveries (as we need to make an extra stop outside of our existing network) and this will be clearly outlined upon check-out.
The confirmation you receive will include the expected delivery date for the arrival of your order.This can sometimes change due to stock situations or if it takes a while to contact your family member/friend.Typically orders are delivered within 2-4 days.
Returns can be initiatied within 7 days of delivery.Your family member/friend or yourself should call Customer Care on 0709 339000 or by the webchat at the bottom right of this site.The goods will need to be returned to the Agent for pick-up of the return.The goods must be in the same condition in which they were delivered.
